If you arrive by ferry, turn to your right after disembarking and continue along Ferry Road. Once you reach the roundabout, turn left and travel past the Co-op. If you are coming from Kirkwall simply take the turning, once you hit the roundabout, that will take you past the Co-op.

Keep on going in this direction along North End Road until you see the police station on your right - shortly after you will see a junction to your right, which goes up a hill. Take this junction and simply follow the Back Road for about a mile.

The Back Road will take you up and down two hills, and at the top of the second hill you come upon another roundabout. Turn left here and continue along the road, which will take a natural turn to the right towards the crest of a hill. Directly on your right, at the crest, you will see Quildon Self Catering.
